Cerberus from Greek legend was the guardian of the underworld. He stood at the gates to prevent the dead from escaping. There have been many depictions of Cerberus over the years. I took inspiration from many sources to come up with my own unique interpretation. Since he bridges the gap between our world and the underworld, he must have access to every stage of life and death. Three hound heads, one from the living, one from the dead, one from in between and a serpent tail to speak to the newly dead in order to take judgement on their souls. 

This listing is for a handcrafted one of a kind original art doll. Cerberus has a deep dark amethyst crystal heart and its back stands about 7" tall.  It has coat of high quality faux fur with some hand dyed detail. The necks have ball and socket armatures inside that can be posed in many different ways without wearing out over time. It's forelegs, and tail are also fully poseable, but they have a wire armature so they must be posed with slightly more care. The ears on each head are connected with a ball and socket so you can reposition them. Its teeth were made with plastic so they are slightly flexible and will not break, but please handle your room guardian as you would a piece of art. It is not a toy and should not be used as such.
